This is how the re-soling of your Jörnkängor works

When you choose to have your Jörnkängor resoled, we replace the sole with the original sole called Tuya. This sole is known for being soft and flexible, which keeps the boot light and comfortable to wear. Tuya has very good insulating properties and is optimal for Antifreeze. Before the sole is fitted, the boot is thoroughly washed and dried to ensure that all dust and dirt are removed. Once the resoling is complete, the boot is treated with Jörnkängan's own tar grease to preserve the leather quality and provide extra protection against moisture and wear. If your boots have damage to the upper leather, you can choose to add the upper leather repair service to have them fully restored.

Ordering and sending in your boots

Once you have selected the resoling and any possible upper leather repair, you add the service to your basket and proceed to checkout. After you have completed the payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email along with instructions on how to create a shipping label. Pack your boots in a sturdy box or shipping bag and drop the package off at your nearest shipping agent. We will handle the rest and get back to you once we have received your boots. They will then be placed in the queue for repair, and you will receive information about the expected delivery time.
