Warm wool soles
Utmark is a warm insole made from wool. It is perfect for shoes, boots, and hiking boots. The insole, which is 8mm thick, is really soft and comfortable for your feet and it provides good insulation against the cold coming from below. Manufactured by Telemark Ulfilt AS in Treungen.
Properties of the wool and soles
• The fibres in the wool are dirt-repellent, durable and heat-insulating.
• Sheep wool is a natural fibre, pure and free from chemicals.
• Wool has a very good ability to absorb and transport moisture away.
• The sole has no seams and can therefore be trimmed to fit your shoes perfectly.
• The outer edge has an embedded stripe that makes the sole firm and stable.
• The underside is coated with a rubber surface that keeps the sole in place in the shoe.
• The sole is washable, hand wash at 40°.
